Wake up with Jesus.

One alarm. No snooze. It rings until you’ve read today’s verse, prayed, or risen — so your first minutes belong to God, not the rush.

Sonrise opening: a 6:00 alarm whose snooze button reads “No snooze”, over a sunrise sky.

No snooze

This alarm has no snooze button.

Well — it has one. It just doesn't believe in itself. Try it. Every morning you snooze, the first thing you do that day is quit. Sonrise asks for one small act of faithfulness instead — and then it lets the day go.

A morning with Sonrise

It rings. You rise. His Word, first.

The alarm screen: today's verse being read aloud.
1

It rings until you've risen

A real alarm, through silent mode and Focus. It keeps ringing until your mission is done.

Good morning, Grace. Start your day with God.
2

It lets you go by itself

Finish the mission and there's no button to find. Just "Good morning," by name.

Today's reading: The Bible in a Year, Day 12 of 365, Genesis 45–48, about 16 minutes.
3

Then, His Word

Today's reading from your plan, waiting after the verse. Read it now, or later today.

Ten ways to rise

Choose your mission.

Your alarm asks for one of these each morning. Every one is checked on your iPhone — your voice, your camera, your steps — and none of it ever leaves the device.

Read the Verse Aloud

Say today's verse out loud. It lights word by word as you're heard.

Questions

The honest answers.

Why can't I snooze?

Because the snooze button stands between you and the morning you actually want. Nine minutes of snooze is zero minutes of real rest — just a fragmented start. Sonrise replaces it with one small act of faithfulness: read a verse, pray, take a few steps. The alarm goes quiet while you work on it, and the moment you finish, the day is yours.

How much does it cost?

Sonrise is $29.99 a year — about $2.50 a month — and it starts with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. There's also a monthly plan at $7.99 with no trial. You won't be charged during the trial, and we remind you the day before it ends. Prices appear in your local currency in the App Store.

What happens when the free trial ends?

A day before your trial ends, we send you a reminder, so nothing sneaks up on you. If you do nothing, your yearly subscription begins. Cancel any time before then — in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions — and you're never charged. A paid subscription cancels the same way, and you keep access until the period you paid for runs out.

What if I can't do my mission one morning?

After a little while, "Another way to rise" appears quietly at the bottom of the screen and lets you switch to any other mission for that morning. Typing the verse needs no permissions at all, so there's always a way through.

Does Sonrise work offline?

Yes, completely. The Bible text, the reading plans, the verse of the day and the alarm itself are all built into the app. Nothing about your morning depends on a signal — which matters, because your alarm has to work whether or not there's Wi-Fi at 6 a.m.

Do you track me or sell my data?

No. Sonrise has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no trackers. Your mornings, journal and prayers live on your own iPhone, and sync privately through your personal iCloud if you're signed in. The only thing that leaves your device is the App Store purchase receipt, so your subscription can be confirmed. Your voice and your camera are checked entirely on-device and never recorded or sent.

Which Bible translations are included?

Six public-domain translations ship inside the app: the Berean Standard Bible (a clear, modern default), the Majority Standard Bible, the Free Bible Version, the World English Bible, the Bible in Basic English and the King James Version. Switch any time in Settings.

Tonight, sleep well.
Tomorrow, we rise.

Wake up with Jesus.
